Uninstallation
There are two ways to uninstall. The result is the same, so you can choose whichever method you prefer.
Uninstall from Windows Settings
You can uninstall from the Windows Settings app.
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find PowerViewer, and select Uninstall.
The steps to reach the Installed apps screen may vary slightly depending on your OS version.

Uninstall Using the Installer
If you kept the installer you used for installation, you can also use its built-in uninstall function.
When you run (double-click) the installer while Power Viewer is already installed, the following screen will appear. Select Remove to uninstall.

Version Upgrade
If you already have an older version of Power Viewer installed and want to upgrade, simply run the installer again as you did initially. The old version will be replaced with the new one.
Of course, you can also uninstall first and then run the installer again — either way is fine.
