Product Name: Power Viewer
Please review these Terms of Use before using the above software product (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”). By installing the Product on your computer, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not install or use the Product.
Article 1 (License)
1. Some functions of the Product are available free of charge, but to use all functions, a LicenseKey issued by Power Office LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is required. The issuance and use of LicenseKeys are subject to a separate agreement.
2. When logging in as a trial user, no LicenseKey is required. You may use the Product without prior notice to the Company.
3. In cases where the Company grants individual permission, usage not based on Items 1 or 2 may also be permitted.
Article 2 (Ownership of Rights)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Product belong to Power Office LLC.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts without the Company’s prior written consent:
(1) Modifying the Product
(2) Reverse engineering, including decompilation or disassembly of the Product
Article 4 (Injunction)
If a user violates these Terms, the Company may request that the user cease use of the Product.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Product is provided free of charge, and the Company shall bear no liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
However, if you require warranties or support, you may enter into a License Agreement with the Company, in which case the Company will provide support to the extent specified in such agreement.
Article 6 (Relationship Between Terms and Agreements)
If a user enters into a separate License Agreement with the Company, and there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the agreement, the provisions of the agreement shall prevail.
Article 7 (Amendments)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and such amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Company’s website.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kumamoto District Court as the court of first instance.
