New Feature

Introduction of Individual Use (Free Plan)

The basic features of Power Viewer are now available for free. If you have a Microsoft account, you can use it without a license key.

During the initial setup screen upon first launch, you can select either “Indivisual Use” or “Organization-Managed Use.”

  • Individual Use: No license key required; log in via MemberPortal.
  • Organization-Managed Use: Log in using your license key as before.

Key Benefits

  • No license key acquisition process required; start using immediately.
  • Ideal for personal evaluations and small-scale use

Album Access Key Extension

We have introduced the concept of ScopePriority to album access keys. The Priority of the SubmissionUnit folder
within an album’s access key held by a user group can be used to restrict viewing scope.

Key Benefits

  • Depending on the department, it is possible to implement an operation where only folders excluding sensitive materials are made public.
  • Improved accuracy of permission management
