Refund Policy

Power Office G.K. (“the Company”) sets forth the following refund policy regarding the sale of license keys for the software Power Viewer.

1. Nature of License Keys

  • License keys sold by the Company are digital products delivered electronically and issued immediately upon purchase.
  • Once issued, license keys cannot technically be recalled or disabled, regardless of whether they have been used. Therefore, refunds are not generally available.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments were made
  • License keys could not be issued properly due to a technical error
  • Payment processing errors occurred on FastSpring

3. Refund Procedure

  • Refunding, it will be processed through FastSpring in accordance with their rules.
